Mini Gabi World: The Gnome Massacre

Writer's picture: Gabi AlmeidaGabi Almeida

Three creepy but cute garden gnomes in a graffiti-covered urban setting, with Mini Gabi from Mini Gabi World standing on the side looking unimpressed and skeptical.

Christmas can be messy—and in Mini Gabi World, it’s downright catastrophic.

When gnomes mysteriously appear in Mini Gabi’s streets and are later found beheaded, the misfits spiral into wild theories, accusations, and opportunistic plans for profit. Meanwhile, Mini Gabi just wants to drink her coffee and be left alone.

The following script is a chaotic snapshot of Mini Gabi World, where conspiracy theories clash with Christmas cheer, and the truth is... well, ridiculous.

Read on to join the investigation into the mystery of the gnome massacre!

[Scene 1: Mini Gabi’s Loft - Morning]

Mini Gabi sits at her desk, writing in her journal. Her graffiti-covered loft is quiet until she hears a strange rustling sound and glances out the window.

Mini Gabi: (deadpan)

Oh, great. Now my world has been occupied by Christmas gnomes. That’s exactly the vibe I was going for—or maybe it’s just new public art that turned up without my permission..."

She sips her coffee and stares at the dozens of creepy gnomes lined up outside.

Mini Gabi:

She sighs and continues what she is doing. She has come to accept she has no control of what happens in her world anymore.

[Scene 2: The Gnomes’ Massacre]

The next morning, Mini Gabi wakes up and looks outside. The gnomes... beheaded. Their ceramic heads are scattered like grim holiday ornaments.

Mini Gabi:

"Well. That escalated quickly."

She shrugs, grabs her coffee, and continues about her morning as usual. Events like this are becoming more and more common in Mini Gabi World. Slowly, the misfits start to gather around the scene of the crime.

Cookie: (arms crossed, taking charge)

"Alright, everyone, this is clearly an attack on our freedom of speech. No one moves until we figure this out. We demand answers—and possibly snacks!"

Spiky: (barely looking up from his phone)

"I mean, can’t it just be that these things are creepy? Diversity and inclusion is fine, but garden gnomes? Really?"

Mixie: (adjusting headphones)"

I don’t know, I kind of liked them. They were cute. Like...weird little mascots for the garden. Maybe they were misunderstood."

Spiky: (barely looking up from his phone)

"More like mascots for the concrete."

Mixie: (crossing arms)

"You guys are heartless. They were beings too. They deserve respect."

Fin: (thinking)

"Is she seriously worried about garden gnomes?!!"

Alice: (already taking selfies with the crime scene)

"This is art. This is history. Oh my god, do you even know how much decapitated gnomes are going to sell for now? I need to call three agents."

Mini Gabi: (rolling her eyes, still watching from her window)

thinking "Who invented Christmas and all this stuff... and why hasn’t it been canceled yet?"

Cookie: (ignoring her)

"We need to start a ‘justice for the gnomes’ campaign immediately. This is bigger than us."

Alice: (interrupting)

"Guys, can’t you see what an amazing opportunity this is? We can turn this into an exhibit. Maybe even a documentary—‘The Gnome Massacre: A Tale of Betrayal and Ceramic Destruction.’

Spiky: (still scrolling)"

You know, the more you guys talk, the more I think it’s definitely aliens. Just putting it out there."

Fin: (analyzing the scene)

"Or maybe it’s a power play—divide and conquer. Look at the pattern of the heads. Strategic placement? Disruption tactics? Classic destabilization."

Cookie: (pointing dramatically)

"Exactly! This isn’t just vandalism—it’s an attack on our community! They want to control us with fear and chaos."

Mini Gabi:

She sighs and mutters to herself. "So much time wasted on something so irrelevant. Community is so overrated."

[Scene 3: Mansion Meeting - The Investigation Begins]

Meanwhile, the misfits gather in the mansion, turning the gnome incident into a full-scale investigation.

Alice:"Did you guys do this? It’s bloody genius if you ask me."

Spiky: (barely looking up from his console)

"Wasn’t me. But whatever."

Fin: (scrolling on his phone)

"This could be a nice new collection—crypto gnomes. Limited edition."

Alice:"All we need is some marketing—press release, photo op, limited-edition merch. ‘Gnome Massacre: Collectible Chaos.’ We’ll sell out by midnight."

Cookie: (pacing)

"We need to get to the bottom of it! This is not just a Christmas massacre—it’s probably those landlords trying to disorganize our group so they can have more control and charge us with more stupid licenses—like that creativity license."

Mini Gabi: (peeking in, uninterested)

"Or—and hear me out—it’s just junk getting smashed. Try not to lose sleep over it."

She walks back out as the misfits continue debating conspiracies.

[Scene 4: The Truth Revealed]

As the misfits argue and spiral into chaos, a sudden buzzing fills the air. A drone tangled in Christmas lights crashes through the scene, taking out a remaining gnome head.

Alice:

"Performance art in real time. Someone film this!"

Cookie:

"A drone? We need to know who is controlling this thing!!!"

Mini Gabi: (deadpan)

"The drone? Junk. We’re turning it into junk."

Mixie: (crossing arms)

"And what about the gnomes? Nobody even cares if they can be saved!"

Spiky: (thinking)

"I bet it’s Finn."

Finn: (thinking)

"I bet it’s Spiky’s new game. He really needs to improve."

The drone sputters one last time, its camera lens cracked, and dies as the misfits stare at it.

Alice:

"We need answers. Or maybe just a refund—with interest. Actually, let’s glue them back together with gold— Broken but better! Limited edition gnome shards,

Mixie: (looking horrified)

"You can’t just glue them back together like some broken vase metaphor! They deserve more than that—they were part of this place! Doesn’t anyone care if they can actually be saved?"

Spiky: (shrugging)

"I mean, it’s not exactly some Greek sculpture. It’s lawn junk with hats. Let it go."

Mini Gabi:"Who cares...
